  Bought a new A3 Cab from Jay and my wife just went back a few weeks ago for a Q2. Really nice guy. Like any other dealer they push the finance/GAP/paint but that's how they make their money!! At least they don't shove it down your throat with a pool cue like BMW. Busy dealership though so you may have to wait a bit for a call back, especially if booking in a service - still waiting BTW :-)

  Attended with the intention of making a purchase one sunday lunch (researched already, they had the exact model I was after) Told by staff that without an appointment there was no way they would be able to see me for a while and they would call me. Received a call 30 minutes later and was told that I really needed an appointment to see sales people. Not impressed, purchased elsewhere. could only recommend calling in advance to book time with a sales person, turning up at the forecourt does not work
