  You can be as good a customer as they are butchers if you bring bags to put things in...their attitude to animals...the whole nose to tail thing...is matched by their reluctance to pollute by handing out bags: not that they would get grumpy with customers, they are too polite for that! On-the-bone-aged beef, really good free range chicken, chorizo sausages, veal on the bone, and a whole heap more. Eat less meat if you grumble about paying slightly more than short and nasty life supermarket meat, and shop here. That said, good prices, and a whole lot less packaging than that nasty supermarket stuff. If this kind of business is up your alley you probably shop here, if not, give it a go. You should be happy.
