  Went into this tyre place just to grab a couple of inner tubes. They basically ignored me for the first five minutes. Then I wasn't certain on what I needed, so I had to make a call and check. I let him know what I needed and had to wait a further ten minutes while he was on the phone. I asked his colleague if he could sell me the inner tubes as I had been waiting 15 minutes, he was unable to and I had to wait for the man that had been trying his best to ignore me. Once off the phone he asked me what I had said to his colleague; I just stated I had been waiting a while. He was really rude and said I'd been there five minutes. I checked my call log and it was fifteen minutes to get two inner tubes. Really rude but I did get what I needed eventually once I was wound up and sufficiently offended!
