  Very unfriendly and unprofessional. They should put more thought into helping customers not treating like money is the only concern. I wanted a good phone but all they have to offer are overpriced downgrades. They should have better customer support and better information with their phones.

  All I wanted is some information on phone contracts and probably buy 1, I would never ever go into that shop again, due to lack of manors and service. I witnessed 3 other members of the public get downspoken to. The staff in that store are a disgrace to ee, and they all need to learn simple customer service and How to engage the general public. Your reputation precedes you, well done EE
