  I went into the JD in Hastings to ask how much money I had on a gift card. The staff were gathered at the back of the store chatting. I asked a young girl for help were she then tutted and made me feel like an inconvenience. I asked her three times to see how much I had on a gift card, I was speaking clearly but she continued to tell me she didn't understand whilst scowling. She then walked behind the till and told me I needed to go and find something she could scan into the till in order to see. By this time, I was so cross I left the store. The following week I went into the JD in Eastbourne. I was greeted at the door by friendly, smiley staff. When I went to the till, I asked the exact same question. The girl serving me swiped the gift card within seconds and told me the exact amount I had. The eastbourne staff made my experience in store quick and easy. Hastings staff however, gave discusting service and I not be returning there.
