  I've always had a positive experience at Steamer Trading Eastbourne - all the staff most knowledgeable and helpful and the range of goods and their quality is second to none. Fun, quirky gifts and gadgets for Christmas, too, as well as the ultimate foodie's dream of a KitchenAid mixer.

  I have now experienced awful customer service at Steamer Trading in Eastbourne for a second time. A particular member of staff there is abrupt to the point of rudeness. It has entirely ruined my shopping experience on two separate occasions and I will not be shopping there again. She is not unhelpful, but her delivery is appalling. Customer service should be approachable, friendly and patient; it certainly shouldn't be aggressive.
